You retain all rights to your resume content and job descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis is provided "as is" for informational purposes:

• Results are suggestions, not guarantees of employment
• Accuracy may vary based on input quality
• You should use your own judgment when applying recommendations
• We are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeInsight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
